Resolved ‐ Folder counts, message previews, search results and new email processing are in the clear and the Web app is back to full speed. We're closing this one out. Apologies for the trouble this morning and thanks again for your patience.

InProgress ‐ Our engineers continue working to resolve this. Previously reported 500 errors should now have stopped. However, right now, you're likely still seeing some slowness on the Web app, as you take actions in conversations or navigate between folders. Thanks for your patience.
